Café Supervisor

We are looking for a professional, energetic, enthusiastic & self motivated person to join our team in the New Year

Working an average of 40 hours per week starting at 8am over five days including Saturdays, with 30 minute lunch break. You may also be asked to work one evening twice a year for private hire with prior notice.

Lambert's has been trading for nearly 10 years and we pride ourselves on fresh food & friendly professional service in a relaxed & clean environment.

Leadership is essential to inspire, motivate and guide the team especially during busy times of the day. As well good Communication skills with customers & other team members this includes explaining menu's dealing with any customer complaints and providing clear instructions to other members of the team.

**Good tips & 28 days Holiday pay included. Closed on Sunday's (except 2**Sundays **over the festive period prior to Christmas Eve.**

**The Cafe will be closed for 10 days at the end of July, and will also close down after Christmas Eve and reopen's on the 6th January (annual holidays).**
- Welcoming & confident nature.
- Well presented with attention to detail.
- Past experience in a similar position or role.
- Handling cash & using an epos system.
- Knowledge of food & beverage.
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Barista skills are essential.
- Rostering
- Working in a clean, tidy manner.
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment in a calm & professional manner.
- Cleaning tables & restaurant areas.
- Escorting customers to tables, explaining menu's & taking orders.
- Assist other members of the team when required.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
