**As a Reporting Analyst within this small & friendly team, you will need to demonstrate good data analysis skills and enjoy working effectively as part of a team.
**The Principal Responsibilities Include:
**Liaising with the company's corporate clients where necessary, to gather information for pool/captive programs for a portfolio of the largest and most important clients.
Be responsible for the execution of report creation processes ensuring that deadlines and
- expectations are met in line with client agreements, internal processes and network commitments including management of own portfolio of clients.
Handling client questions in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary.
Analysing trends and performance of each pool programme, summarising the explanations for variances and trends and participating in the presentation of results to clients where needed.
Identifying any issues that may prevent deadlines being met and assist in the development of solutions to reduce the impact of these and fix them for future campaigns, including identifying training needs and providing training to other members of the team.
Participating in the future development of the reporting system, internal control processes and clients reports as the company seeks to develop and improve service delivery, including supporting IT function on the project management of ongoing system improvementsand change requests.
Actively support the simplification and standardisation of reporting and analysis process to improve the timeliness and quality of reports
Be accountable for data upload and editing, ensuring accuracy of data entered and that data is maintained efficiently, capturing and communicating all relevant changes on an ongoing basis
**Ideal Background & Experience**:
- Minimum of 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent within Insurance, Reinsurance orFinancial Services.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Enjoy strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly summarise and distill key components of data.
- The ability to work effectively, display empathy and influence others beyond direct control, across organisational levels, Countries and Cultures.
- A proven self-starter with the ability to work on own initiative and display a high level of flexibility
- Excellent IT proficiency with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills - additional language skills are useful.
- Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
