We are currently in search of an enthusiastic and nurturing individual to fill a vital role as a SEN Teaching Assistant at one of our SEN schools in **Cambridge**.

In this role, you will work closely with a lead teacher in a dynamic classroom setting, offering essential SEN support to children of all ages. Our school is deeply committed to helping each student grow confident, secure, and happy in their learning journey.

A significant part of your role will involve assisting young children with **SEVERE** autism and those with identified **SEVERE** Complex Difficulties. We believe in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our students, and we're confident that the right individual will be able to contribute to that mission.

**Teaching Assistants
- Responsibilities**:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special education needs
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Assist in classroom management and behavior support
- Provide tutoring and additional support to students who require extra assistance

**Teaching Assistant Qualifications**:

- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others learn and succeed
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is a plus
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide individualized support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to £120.00 per day
