Duties:

- Conduct Risk Assessments for Legionella, Fire, Health & Safety and Disability Access at business premises and residential properties.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing assessment findings and recommendations from templates provided
- If conducting a Legionella Risk Assessment, a Schematic Diagram would be required
- Collaborate with managers to gather additional information and ensure comprehensive assessments
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to all assessments
- Driving to and from the job (fuel will be paid at 45p per mile)

Qualifications:
Legionella Certificate

Fire Certificate

NEBOSH

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate complex information and make accurate assessments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interview individuals and gather information
- Ability to write clear, concise, and detailed reports
- Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload of assessments and meet deadlines

Other requirements:
Must be registered with Companies House in order for wages to be paid into a Company Account.

We cover the whole of the UK and will give you jobs within a 50 mile radius of your home.

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
