Here at **Graham & Brown**, we are looking for an enthusiastic **Online Marketplace & Partners Assistant **to join the team at our Design & Marketing Centre in **Blackburn**. You will join us on a **full-time, temporary basis to cover maternity leave for an anticipated duration of 12 months. **In return, you will receive a competitive salary of **£21,988 to £23,145 per annum**, plus a great range of benefits.

The past 12 months have seen a surge in eCommerce for Graham & Brown with sales continuing to grow. The future ambitions of the business lie in driving eCommerce forwards and growing our sales quickly, across further sites, product categories and further countries, and now we have a role as an online marketplace & partners assistant available within the team.

The key purpose of the **Online Marketplace & Partners Assistant **is to assist in the day to day operations and running of the multiple partner & marketplace online accounts, both from a trading and operational perspective.

**Our Online Marketplace & Partners Assistant **will have the following responsibilities**:

- In depth knowledge of using both Amazon & Ebay platforms
- Liaising with product team and creating product listings in multiple formats for all accounts
- Analysing and optimising listings and content to ensure maximum visibility and sales
- Sales analysis and the ability to pull together reports for meetings and insights
- Checking and highlighting any issues with account health across marketplaces
- Managing stock feeds across multiple accounts regularly to reduce order cancellations
- Managing Customer Selling Agreements to keep a close track of product ranges and pricing
- Creating and implementing new product proposals across multiple accounts
- Managing online pricing, ensuring that our full price products and sale prices are correct and scheduled as required
- Liaising with customer services and the warehouse on any logistic or customer service queries
- Responsible for making sure that any operational processes and elements are working as they should and highlighting any issues
- Working alongside 3rd parties to action resolutions and projects that are out of scope internally
- Helping to resolve content and branding issues to reflect business strategy across all brands

**Experience and skills required by our Online Marketplace & Partners Assistant**:

- A passionate person with a ‘can do’ attitude and enthusiasm to learn
- An ability to work cross-functionally
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Knowledge of working on Amazon/Ebay accounts
- Good knowledge of using excel is essential
- Knowledge of the Channel Advisor platform would be beneficial
