Marketplace Executive (Amazon)

Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Marketplace Executive to join a rapidly growing marketing team.

Based out of their Marketing & Creative Office in Blackburn, you will be working with the Marketing Manager on all aspects of the sales channels (Amazon, eBay & Etsy) requirements and supporting the wider Marketing team on marketplace campaign execution and implementation.

For their chosen sector, our client is looking to become the number one eCommerce superstore in the UK; stocking and supplying thousands of products to consumer and trade across the UK and beyond. Already boasting Amazon No.1 bestselling products within their range, the company are looking to extend their portfolio and increase sales exponentially.

The Ideal Marketplace Executive will have the following responsibilities:

- Full catalogue responsibility and manage listings on Amazon Seller Central, eBay & Etsy.
- Daily monitoring of eCommerce advertising spend on marketplace channels.
- Manage all marketplace account verifications and any support tickets with speed and accuracy.
- Liaise with the Marketing Manager to identify advertising and content opportunities to create Amazon A+ Content, eBay & Etsy listings with the most engaging copy and designs for online retail customers.
- Update pricing offers through planned product promotions.
- Perform keyword research to identify search terms to boost advertising and eCommerce sales.
- Troubleshooting all areas of Amazon / eBay catalogue and purchase order issues.
- Sales and listing optimisation reporting.

What we’re looking for in the ideal Marketplace Executive:

- Experience in eBay, Etsy and Amazon online revenue channels and advertising.
- Understanding of the online customer journey.
- Advanced experience dealing with the Amazon and eBay platforms.
- A good understanding of PPC research tools and analysis.
- Flexibility and keen eye for detail.
