**Project Engineer**who is customer focussed with good CAD skills (preferably both HiCAD and AutoCAD), excellent attention to detail and previous experience within a similar role is required for a well-established and leading mezzanine manufacturerbased in Wolverhampton, West Midlands.

**SALARY**: £30,000 per annum

**BENEFITS**: 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, 5 sick days per year, profit sharing bonus, company pension

**LOCATION**:Wolverhampton, West Midlands

**JOB TYPE**:Full-Time, Permanent

**WORKING HOURS**: 7.00am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday

**JOB OVERVIEW**

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Project Engineer who is customer focussed with good CAD skills (preferably both HiCAD and AutoCAD), excellent attention to detail and previous experience within a similar role.

Working as a Project Engineer you will be responsible for giving the customer an impression of how their mezzanine floor will look within their building using 3D Hi-CAD software, discussing through requirements and converting the floor into fabrication drawingsfor production.

As a Project Engineer you will be joining a fast-growing department where every day has a new challenge. All aspects of designing, manufacturing and installation of the floors are carried out in-house by company employees, using state-of-the-art robot weldingmachines and the luxury of three roll forming lines.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**

As a Project Engineer you will have the following skills and attributes:

- Self-motivated, honest, and trustworthy
- Able to work project based
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Experience within the construction industry or with steel fabrication design preferred
- Excellent computer skills, with MS office based programs among others
- CAD skills required, preferably with knowledge of both HiCAD and AutoCAD. Solidworks also beneficial
- Ability to work from surveys and in detailing for manufacture preferred
