We are looking for a Technical Records Administrator to join us in supporting our engineers and helping to ensure our compliance with a wide range of aviation regulations.
RGV Aviation is one of the largest General Aviation maintenance companies in the dealing with a wide range of private aircraft. Once trained, your responsibilities would include maintaining and updating technical records data, checking our computerised maintenance records control system and creation of maintenance work packs.
The job
- To create work packs for aircraft maintenance.
- To raise log book certificates for completion of maintenance activities.
- To research aircraft maintenance history and update records accordingly.
- To maintain and update records of aircraft and associated components.
- Other related duties as required by the RGV Management and Directors.
The qualities we need;
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- A methodical approach with an investigative mind.
- Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Experience of working as part of a team, with the ability to liaise with personnel in a manner conducive to good working relationships.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and organise own work load.
- Ability to interpret and respond appropriately to verbal instructions and the ability to follow set company procedures. Previous experience with aviation technical records / services desirable.
