**The Company**
**The Role**
The company are looking to invest in their solutions and have identified a need to recruit an experienced Product Owner who will take responsibility for the future of the software.
Key activities include:

- Clearly identify and describe product backlog items in order to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution with the development team
- Work closely with stakeholders and implementation team to capture requirements
- Make decisions regarding the priority of product backlog items in order to deliver maximum outcome with minimum output
- Determine whether a product backlog item was satisfactorily delivered

**The Person**
Core responsibilities are similar to that of a Business Analyst and Project Manager. Able to work well with technical and non-technical teams, capturing requirements whilst also considering the existing strategy/roadmap,along with an awareness of the full software/productlifecycle. You'll need to control budgets and timescales, available resource and management of delivery.
- Have a strong familiarity with Agile development
- Able to work within Scrum
- Be comfortable working with backlogs and user stories

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a real Product Owner role. Responsible for the future plans, and success, of a particular product with the autonomy and control to really make a difference.
The role will come with salary of up to £70,000. The client is following a hybrid working pattern at present and looking for someone who can be in the office (near Stockton) 2 days per week.
