**Working hours**

The working hours for the role is double day shifts Monday - Friday rotating Shifts 0600 - 1400 / 1400 -2200.

**ATM/ Equipment Owners **are responsible for the following tasks:

- Effectively contributing to improved line performance and efficiencies
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping, health & safety and hygiene standards
- Resolving running problems/issues
- Carrying out all testing procedures for product as and when required
- Ensuring all stages of work are checked against quality standards
- Fully engaging with the IWS ways of working principles
- Subject matter expert on your piece of equipment
- Ensuring that the equipment is maintained in optimal operating condition
- Using daily management systems and problem-solving tools to resolve issues, reduce losses, reduce waste, and identify and implement improvements
- Training and coaching colleagues to run and maintain your piece of equipment
- Communicating with the team and maintaining the Shift Board

- Level 2 in Food Safety for Manufacturing (desirable, although bespoke training is provided)
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy

- Attention to detail and accuracy is imperative
- The ability to work independently as well as within a team
