**Apprentice - Service Support Assistant (Highways).**

**Fixed Term Contract - 2 Years.**

We'll support you with a comprehensive induction and training programme and you'll complete a Level 2 qualification in Customer Services.

Commencing in September 2025, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. You'll join a team of 10 delivering efficient and effective customer services to thousands of customers who use our Highways and Road Networks daily, making sure they have safe, reliable journeys.

Based at Mallory Building, Birkenhead, you'll be helping us respond to approximately 2,000 enquires per month both from Wirral residents and Councillors.

As well as gaining real life experience in a challenging and rewarding role you'll learn:

- How we manage customer service delivery and performance
- How we work with Councillors, Suppliers and Contractors

Interviews to be held week commencing 1st August 2025.
