**Senior Management Accountant - 12 month FTC | PE-backed Tech business | £50,000-£55,000 plus bonus | London**

This is an opportunity for a Senior Management Accountant to join a highly acquisitive, PE-backed technology business based in central London on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Covering maternity leave you will be joining at a key time for this market-leadingbrand that has extremely ambitious growth plans.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be the Management Accountant for a newly acquired entity, taking ownership for the end-to-end accounting of the business. This Management Accountant role will involve senior stakeholder management across thebusiness, supporting them with budgeting and forecasting.

Duties will include:

- Taking ownership for the management accounts and month-end close for one entity
- Providing commentary and analysing variances on the monthly reports, to be reported back to the senior stakeholders
- Managing the budgeting and forecasting for the entity, to be reviewed by the Financial Controller
- Supporting with year-end and handling VAT returns
- Preparing VAT returns and reviewing payroll on a monthly and yearly basis
- Managing key projects in the business including integrating this entity into the group structure
