**Assistant Commercial Lead (inside IR35)**
**Contract Term: 6 Months (Potential for extension)**
**Contracting Authority: BEIS**
**Location: London Hybrid working 2 days per week in the office**

We are currently recruiting for an for Nuclear Safety & Resilience Supporting commercial leads on any projects within the Nuclear Safety & Resilience team, with a particular focus on the procurement of consultants and contractors to support the NERIMNET programme.

**As a Assistant Commercial Lead your main responsibilities would be**:

- Supporting the relevant commercial leads on any projects within the Nuclear Safety & Resilience team, with a particular focus on the procurement of consultants and contractors to support the NERIMNET programme.
- Managing the procurement pipeline, agreements register and commercial database for the nuclear protection directorate.
- Lead on specific aspects of the Nuclear Monitors procurement, supporting the commercial lead.
- Regular engagement with the PMO team, to ensure that project management activities with a commercial impact are supported effectively.
- Handover responsibilities to the permanent assistant commercial lead when they are appointed.
**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- End of procurement lifecycle/delivery in a public sector environment
- Public sector procuremet
- Stakeholder comms,
- Progress report writing,
- Delivery mindset
- Updating info in databases,
- Meeting deadlines
- Working to CCS frameworks would be desirable
**You will also have these Qualifications/Skills**:

- MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook in particular
- Jaggaer preferably or other e-procurement systems
