This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic HR team within a prestigious organisation in the Upper Dicker area of East Sussex.
You will be delivering a range of administrative duties for the People team as well as assisting the Director of People on a range of administrative tasks.
Main Duties:
- Provide a highly professional and positive experience to all staff members.
- Providing administrative support to the Director of People (e.g typing confidential meeting minutes, meeting scheduling, diary management, collation of confidential documents and letters, managing correspondence and preparing communications)
- To carry out and be responsible for essential compliance checks
- To work with the HR Manager and Director of People on longer term strategic people projects.
- Assisting the team to integrate and maintain the HR system.
- Help with the administration involved with the training and development of our people as required.
- Carry out online filing and archiving ensuring all personal files and records are kept up to date and in line with GDPR guidelines.
This is a busy, varied role so you must be able to organise your time effectively, have a key eye for detail and a can do attitude.
