**Join Our Team as a Care Assistant**
We are looking for healthcare assistants and support staff to assist our clients in living independently and safely in their Hailsham home.
**About the Role**:
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our client’s daily life, assisting with their medication management, PEG feeding, moving and handling, and personal care. Our client has cerebral palsy and uses a Tellus device to communicate.
We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive, paid clinical training to ensure you’re equipped to meet our client’s needs confidently.
Our experienced team of Nurses and Field Care Supervisors will offer continuous support and guidance as you grow in your role.
**Wake Night Shift Pattern**:
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.
- **Type**: Wake Nights
- **Hours**:20:00 - 08:00
- **Payrate**: £17.57 per hour
Shifts are available Monday through Sunday. Choose your preferred days, and this will constitute your fixed schedule.

**Requirements**:
- Previous care experience of 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time in a professional UK environment
- Complex Care experience is preferred, but training is provided.
- Manual car licence is preferred.
