**Join Our Team as a Receptionist/Administrator**

**Location**: Whitnash Medical Centre, Whitnash
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, Shifts will be either an 8.30am start or a 6:00pm finish - 16-25 hours per week over 4 or 5 days

Whitnash Medical Centre is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual with a background in Customer Service, Reception, or Administration to join our friendly and supportive Reception Team.

**About the Role**
As a vital member of our reception team, you will:

- Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Book appointments and register new patients accurately.
- Handle phone inquiries and communicate test results to patients.
- Liaise effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed (and occasionally make a great cup of tea).
- Note: This is a general overview of the role; full training will be provided to equip you for success._

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to cover additional hours for annual leave with reasonable notice.
