- We are looking for a highly proactive, motivated and efficient Team Administrator to provide co-ordination and administrative support to help execute the delivery of the Group SRS offering to Sky. We want someone who can add value to the team by supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on delivery to the business through administrative tasks, presentation preparation, co-ordination and support._

What you’ll do:

- Be the central point of contact for the team, assisting in all administrative duties such as onboarding, raising PO’s, liaising with Executive and Personal Assistants.
- Prepare and produce reports and presentation for our Leadership Teams.
- Extensive diary/outlook management; seamlessly organising and maintaining extremely busy and constantly changing diaries
- Arrange travel/meetings /rooms/visitor bookings. Act as first point of contact in SLT’s absence and monitor inboxes.
- Respond to enquiries and requests; ensuring all client and key contact enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, seeking answers and resolving matters personally where appropriate
- Be the point of contact for event management, co-ordinating across Group Resilience and the wider SRS
- Undertake all administrative activities as required including processing expenses, invoices, managing distribution lists, coordination of weekly reports
- Act as delegate for Sky systems including Ariba, Spark & People Portal for all administrative functions required (i.e. approvals and requests)
- Co-ordinate with hiring managers to organise equipment and ensure inductions for new starters
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as and when required supporting our wider administration team

What you’ll bring:

- Proactive and highly organised with the ability to plan and multi-task.
- Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and excel documents confidently and provide other business deliverables to the SLT as part of the overall delivery to the business.
- Good knowledge of Office 365; SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); able to build effective relationships internally and externally.
- An ability and willingness to take on new and different challenges.
- Friendly, approachable and confident manner with a flexible, can-do attitude, collaborating for success.
- Experience of diary/outlook management for senior partners
- The desire to achieve excellence, being motivated and driven.
- Ability to show maturity and initiative in often pressurised and confidential situations.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task, have good time management and an eye for detail.

The Group SRS department provides the protective umbrella for Sky’s customers, colleagues and reputation, allowing the business to take the risks that matter. This team is comprised of two core functions to Sky; Group Resilience - a source of expert advice and support for the organization across Resilience, Corporate Security and Health & Safety, and the Group Investigations and Government Liaison Team - managing our whistleblowing and investigations processes and responsible for our relationship with Government law enforcement obligations.
