**Summary**:
To lead the development and implementation of comprehensive evidence strategies, with a special focus on Real World Evidence (RWE), to drive the development of the company's most important assets across the entire portfolio.

To oversee the Integrated Evidence Team to ensure the effective generation of evidence that demonstrates the value of our products. Lead and inspire the team of five direct reports to innovate and excel in creating impactful evidence to propel our mission forward. Develop the team to the next level of expertise, fostering growth and excellence.

**Major accountabilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative integrated evidence generation strategies.
- Lead the utilization and generation of RWE through secondary data use or primary data collection.
- Provide expert consultation on study methodology and execution of RWE studies.
- Collaborate with global, regional, and country stakeholders to develop robust evidence.
- Identify opportunities for evidence generation through cross-functional activities.
- Maintain engagement with the UK health data and research landscape.
- Manage and develop the Integrated Evidence Team (currently five direct reports)

**Requirements**:

- Experience of this type of activity from a role in another Pharmaceutical company, Healthcare consultancy or the NHS
- Significant experience managing Real World Evidence (RWE) research or managing clinical trial projects
- Experience of leading strategy development
- Excellence in leading and execution of complex project management
- People management experience is a significant advantage
- Experience and understanding of UK is a distinct benefit
