Read more and apply todayYour new roleAs the Evidence Generation Lead you will drive Novo Nordisk UKs evidence strategy with a particular focus on obesity ensuring alignment between scientific priorities market access needs and patient benefit. Youll play a central role in shaping local evidence strategies initiating RWE studies and building partnerships that reinforce the credibility and impact of our science.You will:Collaborate & develop parts of the UK Evidence Generation Plan (EGP) through cross-functional collaboration and strategic workshopsIdentify and address key evidence gaps across therapy areas with a particular focus on obesity and product life cyclesLead and manage Real World Evidence (RWE) studies registries pragmatic studies and ISS projectsPartner with Global and Regional teams to ensure alignment and best practice in evidence generationCreate partnerships with agencies CROs and data providers to strengthen scientific outputEnsure compliance with all local and global regulatory requirements and Novo Nordisks Business Ethics standardsDrive internal capability training teams and disseminating local study insights to strengthen scientific understandingYour new departmentThe Clinical Medical Regulatory (CMR) department at Novo Nordisk is at the forefront of driving innovation and excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. Join us in making a difference to patients lives and shaping the future of healthcare.Your skills & qualificationsYou are a scientifically driven professional with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of real-world evidence generation. You combine scientific rigour with project management excellence and thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment.You bring:A degree in Epidemiology Public Health Life Sciences or a related disciplineProven experience in evidence generation within the pharmaceutical industry (epidemiological descriptive and clinical effectiveness data)Expertise in study design RWE registries and pragmatic trialsStrong project management and multi-tasking skills with a track record of delivering complex studies with integrity and complianceStrategic planning and analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication and presentation abilities to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesA proactive curious and collaborative mindset with the ability to lead through complexity and deliver ambitious resultsWorking at Novo NordiskEvery day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
