Internal Sales Representative

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct sales calls to potential and existing customers to generate leads and set appointments.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM software.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service and always maintain a professional telephone manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
Update and report on sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Previous experience in telesales or appointment setting within an office or call centre environment.
Experience in the energy sector is desirable but not essential.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Basic understanding of the sales process and sales funnel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
