**Scheme Coordinator**:
**Part Time - 7 hours per week, normally 1-day but possibility to be flexible across 2-days. Usually includes Mondays. Northallerton based.**

We have an opportunity for a part time scheme coordinator (7 hours per week) to join our extra care team to promote and support residents with their health and wellbeing, whilst maintaining their independence to ensure quality of life whilst living in our sheltered care scheme.

**The role**

You'll be working closely with the statutory and voluntary stakeholders to ensure residents get the care and support they require. Whilst working with housing and property services colleagues to maintain tenancies and to ensure the efficient management of the scheme, its properties and facilities for which Broadacres is directly responsible.

**Take care of Facilities Management;**responsibilities include any lettings of rooms e.g. guest room, and collection of fees, directly liaising with the in-house cleaning service, property services and grounds maintenance contractor. You'll feedback to line management any works required to the building to feed in to investment in our buidlings. You'll be first point of contact for compliance on: Fire Risk Assessment; Fire alarm, emergency lighting checks, carrying out fire evacuations; Legionella maintenance; Correct use of building; Communal areas are safe and operational.
