**Description**:
**We have an opportunity for a Chief of Staff to join our business at this exciting time, as we enter our next stage of growth.**

The Chief of Staff to the Chief Technology & Product Officer will play a critical support role in helping to drive and coordinate the CTPO's strategic and operational objectives.

This position is ideal for an organised, analytical individual early in their career, who aspires to learn from a high-calibre leader while contributing to ENODA’s mission of transforming global energy systems.

Working closely with the CTPO, the Chief of Staff will streamline processes, manage key initiatives, and facilitate seamless communication across the Technology and Product functions, and other departments of ENODA, as well as with external stakeholders.

The Chief of Staff collaborates closely with the CTPO’s Personal Assistant, senior line reports, and Technology and Product team members.

This role provides a unique vantage point to understand and contribute to ENODA’s strategic objectives while learning from an experienced technology and product leader.

**You'll spend your time**:

- Assisting the CTPO in implementing strategic initiatives that advance ENODA’s 10-year roadmap, helping to prioritise high-impact projects in areas such as sustainable energy technologies, advanced manufacturing, data science and AI-human collaboration.
- Tracking progress and key milestones for innovation and product development projects, ensuring alignment with ENODA’s overarching mission and goals.
- Cooperating on conducting research and analysis on scientific and industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes with the Chief Markets and Communications Officer to support the CTPO’s decision-making.
- Partnering with the CTPO’s Personal Assistant to manage daily operations, including calendar optimisation, meeting preparation, and prioritisation of action items.
- Organising and facilitating regular leadership meetings, preparing agendas, recording key decisions, and tracking follow-ups to keep teams aligned.
- Developing and refining processes that enhance productivity and coordination across the Technology and Product departments, addressing bottlenecks and facilitating the flow of information.
- Overseeing and coordinating select projects, particularly those involving cross-functional teams, to ensure they align with ENODA’s vision for energy innovation and global scalability.
- Interfacing with senior line reports and various internal stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, maintain timelines, and provide updates to the CTPO on project status and risks.
- Organising collaborative projects with external partners, including academic institutions, national laboratories, and other tech innovators, as part of ENODA’s open innovation platform.
- Drafting internal and external communications for the CTPO, including board updates, research summaries, and stakeholder reports, ensuring clear, consistent messaging.
- Serving as a key point of contact within the CTPO’s office, effectively communicating ENODA’s technological and product strategies to various stakeholders, from senior leaders to external partners.
- Assisting the CTPO in maintaining ENODA’s commitment to ethical technology development, supporting the Ethics in Innovation Council by tracking initiatives and updating on compliance measures.
- Researching and preparing materials related to ENODA’s ethical and sustainable development efforts
- Working with the Technology and Product leadership to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the department.
- Supporting talent development initiatives by identifying skill gaps, coordinating training sessions, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Assisting in organising team-building activities that support ENODA’s values and help unify teams working on diverse technological and scientific challenges.

**The key experience we're looking for**:

- 2-4 years in project management, operations, or business analysis within a technology, R&D, or consulting environment.
