As Operational Excellence and Unipart Way Manager you will work as part of the Operations team to support the leadership in embedding Operational Excellence and Digital technologies consistently. You will lead, coordinate and deliver Unipart projects, with your primary focus to deploy Operational Excellence and Digital technologies into operations delivering value to the business and positive outcomes measured through Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery indicators.
**As part of your key responsibilities you'll: **
- Manage, coach and develop the Operational Excellence (OpEx) team on the contract
- Lead and deliver continuous improvement activities to improve operational performance and enhance colleague capability in the use of Unipart tools and techniques
- Deliver tangible and validated financial savings through OpEx and Digital delivery
- Use OpEx techniques and digital tools to deliver 'Right First Time' principles into operations
- Learn, share and adopt best practice within the Logistics division and wider business
- Mentor and coach peers and high potential colleagues, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent and succession
- Support and coach operational leaders with their personal development accreditation programmes, particularly OpEx elements where applicable

**About You **
- Experience of delivering Operational Excellence/Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI) with data analysis and business cases to drive tangible results in Unipart
- Excellent Communication skills including effective listening, presenting and written
- Working experience of lean/CI techniques
- Excellent Customer Services skills supported by good commercial understanding
- Good attention to detail and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and have the desire to build relationships at all levels of the operation
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and in a fast paced continually changing environment
