**Job Summary**

Our Central Support - HULL branch is looking to recruit for the following role:
**Health & Safety Admin Apprentice**

MKM is one of the fastest growing independent Builders Merchants in the UK. With its unique business model which sees Branch Directors part owning their branches, resulting in a highly empowered culture with branches outperforming their competitors by some way. The business is growing rapidly with multiple branch openings across the UK.

You will work as part of our Central Support offices in Hull. As a *S.H.E.Technician L3 Apprentice you will provide excellent admin support to our established H&S team. (*Safety/Health/Environment).

You will also work towards gaining the relevant experience and knowledge to obtain your Safety Health Environment Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Effectively monitor and maintain the Safety Cloud system that the company use for health, safety and environmental management
- Provide support to branches on Safety Cloud related issues via MS Teams or telephone
- Maintain monthly reports and spreadsheets
- Arrange meetings and training courses, as required
- Answering the telephone and directing relevant queries to other members of the team
- Ordering supplies and equipment for the Dept.
