A friendly Primary school in a lovely part of **North London** are seeking a Teaching Assistant to help children who need extra support in the classroom, to start ASAP, this is a full time role.
The school is looking for a **positive Primary School Special Education Needs TA** who can show a genuine passion in supporting children. The role will be to mainly support **SEN** children on the autism spectrum. Whilst providingsupport for teaching and learning and associated activities in accordance with school policies and procedures.
In return the school can offer the Teaching Assistant a warm and **positive environment** with a **supportive team** of staff and **multiple ongoing development opportunities**. The school strongly believes that all childrenhave talents which can be developed and that all can succeed no matter what the level of their ability.
- Passion for working with children who require additional support in order to maximise their full potential
- Be flexible, proactive and patient
- Able to build strong rapport with students and staff
- Experience working in an educational environment
- SEN experience (primarily autism and speech & language)
- Strong behavioural management skills
- Team Player
- Keep accurate records
