Full training and development will be provided in the form of a Level 4 Qualification in Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, opening to fulfilling career progression within GRAHAM.

**A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and great interpersonal skills are required for this role.**
**A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is also a necessity as our sites are not served by public transport.**

The Stakeholder and Communications Assistant shall:

- Create and maintain accurate stakeholder records on our in-house Customer Relations Information System (CRIS)
- Contribute to the production of high-quality communications materials on the project, including the preparation and delivery of newsletters, webpage updates, social media posts and resident letters
- Co-ordinate communications input to the client project webpages, promoting good news stories and site milestones
- Support the Stakeholder Management & Communications Team in arranging site visits and project events, for both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the internal Communications Team to develop comms on the project such as presentations, posters and videos
- Support the Project Team by attending relevant parish council meetings and community engagement events, to ensure that all communications and public relations activities are planned and delivered within required timescales
- Support the Regional Stakeholder & Communications Manager in attending client and landowner meetings
- There may be the occasional requirement to work outside normal working hours, in order to attend evening meeting or presentations.

**Essential Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade Grade C/4 or above)
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade Grade C/4 or above)
- Any A Level or equivalent (Grade Grade E or above)
- Any BTEC or equivalent (Grade Grade E or above)
