Applications submitted on our website will come to us in the correct format, which means they will be processed faster & moreefficiently by our team of consultants. **The Company**: Our client is market leader and manufacturer in fashion industry. **Main Duties**: To be responsible for Customer Service and dealing with incoming inquiries via different websites in Germany. **The Role**: - To handle and resolve customer queries coming from different websites to a very high standard. - To contact customers to advise on any issues that may occur with their order. - To escalate any issues or complaints that arise to the Customer Service Executive, to ensure they are dealt with efficiently. - To work closely with the Warehouses to help resolve any despatch and return order issues - To ensure the best service possible is given to all customers - To upload new product’s descriptions to the website - To give support to the Marketing team with translations - Fluent in German and English (Written and Spoken) - ESSENTIAL**: - IT literate, familiar with MS Office - Photoshop and Google Analytics would be a bonus**: - Experiences in eCommerce or online Customer Service would be a strong advantage for the role - Retail or B2B experiences is a bonus - Excellent communication skills, attention to details - Interested for fashion industry - Ideally car owner due to the company's location **Salary**: up to £24,000 p.a.
