Renewals Negotiator

London, United Kingdom Foxtons Full time

**About The Role**:
As a Renewals Negotiator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our landlords and tenants are contacted three months prior to the end of their tenancy in order to successfully renew the contract. You will represent the landlord to ensure that we are achieving the best outcome for them in relation to extending the tenancy but you will also offer advice to tenants and answer any questions they may have. Whether or not a tenancy agreement is renewed, you will be responsible for handling all tenancy paperwork in accordance with legislative requirements to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible for all parties involved.

As a Renewals Negotiator you will need to provide exceptional customer service to all landlords and tenants as well as demonstrate key sales skills in order to maximise revenue growth for the business.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring landlords and tenants are contacted 90 days prior to the original contract end in order to minimise any risk of a void period for the landlord
- Maintaining a high renewal rate and delivering on department KPIs
- Keeping up-to-date with all lettings compliance and litigation and advising our clients of any changes that may affect them
- Ensuring that all paperwork is handled correctly and that all legal responsibilities are carried out prior to a renewal deal being completed
- Building and maintaining a fantastic working relationship with various departments at Foxtons involved in the lettings process

You’ll be working towards monthly salary bonuses, dinners in some of London’s most exclusive restaurants, and annual overseas trips to exotic locations. Our Renewals department has a thorough training programme and our property experts continue to be challenged professionally and personally throughout their career. There are clear opportunities to progress into senior roles throughout the department and whether this is your first corporate experience or you have commercial experience already, this is a great opportunity for highly determined individuals to build a successful career.

**About You**:
It takes a special kind of mindset and an insatiable hunger to succeed as a Foxtons Negotiator. You’ll pick up key life skills as you focus on building relationships and helping our clients navigate the nuances of owning and renting properties. Strong communication skills are a requirement.

To provide the best service to our customers, the hours can be long. But hard work is well rewarded - uncapped commission, and you can land yourself a spot on fully funded five-star trips that are famed throughout the industry.

You will get unrivalled training in this role, so experience in property is not necessary. But if you show real determination to succeed, right from the first interview and throughout your career at Foxtons, we promise a real, lasting commitment to help you achieve greatness in our industry.

**We offer**
- £21,850 - £50,000 per annum (performance-related salary scale)
- Weekly incentives, quarterly cash bonuses, and other fun team competitions
- Comprehensive, ongoing training programme
- Great career opportunities
- Diversity and inclusion networks
- One paid work day a year to volunteer for a charity of your choice
- Wellbeing package including enhanced sick pay, free confidential counselling helpline, Mental Health First Aiders, access to a coaching platform, and subsidised gym membership
- Enhanced parental policies, including generous shared parental leave
- Subsidised staff café and bar
