We're looking for an Awards Partner - Customer Engagement (3 month FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Awards function.

Your Role: You will be developing and maintaining long-term relationships with core customers to provide world-class Awards services. You will work closely with fellow Awards Partners to build insight-led customer profiles and effectively account manage our priority customer groups. You must be able to understand and carry-out our Awards Team strategy and utilise insights from the business and wider creative industry to communicate the value of our awards in an engaging manner to build trust with customers.

Key Responsibilities

INSIGHT-LED ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Working closely with the Awards Team to build comprehensive customer profiles, customer journeys and sector specific account management strategies - feeding back insights to the business..
- Identifying success stories (effectiveness)and building case studies to further optimise our approach and cement our reputation as leading authorities in Awards strategy.
- Customer behaviour informed approach that allows us to better respond to and anticipate customer needs, by improving customer retention.
- Increase engagement levels and entries from accounts by building trust in our customer relationships to achieve their objectives.


AWARDS ENGAGEMENT CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE
- Building a comprehensive understanding of the business in order to talk cross-portfolio to better serve our customers - including other internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Fully embracing and contributing to the development of the technology (primarily Google Docs) that will set us up for success.
- Developing a suite of materials, tools and approaches; incorporating personalisation, versatility and adaptability as a key part of our DNA.
- Assist in recruiting, training and management of seasonal staff hired to assist the core Awards team in the lead up to festivals.
- Potentially on-site coordination and delivery of Awards activities as well as on-site management of seasonal staff

Your Experience
- Strategic planner and customer intelligence obsessed
- Diligent, detail oriented and comfortable analysing data.
- Collaborative, open-minded and able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Invested in the tech and architecture that will drive performance.
- Able to balance brand values and commercial opportunity effectively.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Able to lead a team of seasonal staff through busy periods.
- Excellent written English; free from spelling or grammar errors.
- Ideally you will have a thorough understanding of the wider branded communications landscape.
