Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for a **Housekeeping Assistant** to join them in **Leven Beach Care Home**. Located on the promenade of the seaside town, Leven Beach enjoys picturesque views across the Firth of Forth, adding to the charm of its location. Our purpose-built care home provides high quality, personalised nursing care for older people, including those living with dementia and its related conditions.

**Your role as a Meallmore Housekeeping Assistant will include**:

- Cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms for the elderly residents of our 52-bed care home also communal areas
- Vacuum rooms and corridors
- Dispose of waste accordingly
- Change and replenish towels and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
- Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis completion of cleaning schedules

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Positive attitude
- A driven individual that can use their own initiative
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Flexible and reliable
- Experience working within Care Homes, Hospitality, Schools or Commercial (Desirable but not essential)

Pay Rate: £10.50 per hour

Hours: 16 hours per week working 3pm - 7 pm, (4 evenings per week) including alternative weekends.
