You will be joining the Property Claims team in our Stoke-on-Trent office managing your own caseload of property insurance claims specific to escape of water. **What will your day look like**: - Communicating professionally with a variety of people including customers, insurers, suppliers and colleagues around the country - Adapting to a new style of working with video calls, scope building and direct contact with policy holders via "live chat" - Composing professional and informative letters and other written correspondence - Ensuring compliance with our contractual and regulatory requirements - Reviewing data to set up new claims, appointing contractors and updating claims on internal systems - Reviewing insurance policy wordings to establish if a claim is covered - Managing and reviewing diaries in a timely manner - Issuing payments to policyholders and suppliers for settlements - Contributing to a happy team working environment **Abilities And Knowledge**: - High-level of experience in Escape of Water Claims - A professional and adaptable communication style - both written and verbal - Efficient administrative skills - Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills - A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach **A bit about Davies**: We are a global team of more than 6,500 professionals and growing, operating across the UK, Ireland, the US, Canada & Bermuda.
