**This role is offered on a part time basis of 21 hours per week, the pro-rated salary for this role is £22,399.80**

**Christian Aid is currently trialling a hybrid working model and you will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days per week (pro-rated for part time working).**

**About the role**

This vital role aims to recruit and engage supporters and volunteers, maximising challenge event participation and volunteering engagement within communities and churches. This role involves the planning and delivery of volunteering projects, challenge events, stewardship initiatives, and other communications with Christian Aid’s supporters and volunteers in the churches.

**About you**

You will have knowledge and experience of successful community fundraising particularly through challenge events. You have excellent volunteer management experience and are a team player that is willing to learn. You are able to work cross-organisationally and to think innovatively and strategically about how to engage our church audiences.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Pay: £37,333.00 per year
