Talent Acquisition Specialist

Hunter Gatherer AHP & Hunter Gatherer Mental Health are a recruitment business that have performed exceptionally well since they launched, going from start up to circa £28m annual revenue in 5 years. They source professionals into the Healthcare sector and are part of the Hunter Gatherer Group who have recently received a Best Companies to work for award, where they achieved a top 10 best small company ranking and a 3* accreditation. They are now in a period of high growth and are expected to increase by 20 heads in the next 12 months.

They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growth plans and bring them to life by leading the end-to-end recruitment of entry level hires, through sourcing and hiring exceptional talent within a high performing team culture.

This is a new role for the business, working with the Head of Learning & Development. There is a fantastic opportunity for the role to grow into a Group level position with the potential to work across multiple brands, for someone with the right skills and experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand and address key recruitment objectives and challenges in hiring.
- Build and grow a talent pool within the organisation to support senior leaders in growing the business.
- Champion data-driven recruitment practices, with the ability to produce reports/dashboards and talent insights.
- Network and engage in relevant talent events, recruiter events & graduate fairs as a source for talent and to keep up to date with talent trends.

Experience & skills
- Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an internal talent function or within high volume markets. (Around 3 years is preferred.)
- Able to demonstrate previous success by way of billings or placement history
- Experience of using effective interview techniques, evaluation, and selection methods, such as assessment days
- Understanding of competency-based questioning
- Knowledgeable around various sourcing options and what the optimum methods may be
- Understanding of the graduate market and networking opportunities
- Excellent Stakeholder management & ability to work consultatively
- Excellent Communication & Organisation skills
- A proactive approach, good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to work autonomously as well as in partnership
- Have a genuine passion for talent acquisition and have a growth mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
