We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Facilities Assistant at our client site based in Edinburgh. The client a very prestigious investment bank, is looking for the right person who can make a difference and has a strong teamwork ethic. To act as a key member of the Facilities Team covering many facets including but not exclusive to:
Please note this is a 6-month contract.

Main Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner, using scripts and following procedures
- Record all incoming calls on call sheets, retaining information on a weekly basis
- Proactively manage and control the office diaries
- Proactively manage room bookings
- Distribute the mail throughout the office in a timely manner
- Regularly clear all filing/mail collection points within the building throughout the day
- Assist with document printing/binding / and courier/mailing requests.
