We're currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a part time basis, contracted to 16 hours per week.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Supporting with Reception Duties -inclusive of ensuring contractors are signed in correctly, and signed out, and that everyone is adhering to site policies and rules
  • Checking that meeting rooms and coffee stations are in a clean & tidy condition
  • Coffee machines to be replenished and all dirty mugs & glasses to be taken to dishwasher area, washed and put back in cupboards on floors
  • Supporting in our clients company bar - collecting glasses, washing in glass washer and general cleanliness of bar area
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
