**Key Stage 2 SEN Teacher - Plymouth**

The Supply Registerare proud to be working as a managed service provider on behalf of theTransforming Futures Trust.We are working in partnership with the academies within the trusts to accommodate all teaching and classroom support requirements includingdaily and long-term positions.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking foran eager and energetic Key Stage 2 SEN Teacher to join the team. If you are an experiencedSENteacher, we urge you to get into contact.

The locations of the SEN schools/provisions within the trust are as follows:

ACE Provisions - ACE Ford Primary, ACEBretonside, ACE North Hill, ACE Dover Road, ACE Camborne, ACE Launceston, ACE St Austell, ACE Exeter

ACE Schools - Courtlands SEN Primary School - Crownhill

ACE School - Tiverton SEN Secondary School - Tiverton

The pupils within these schools have had difficulty thriving in mainstream secondary and special schools or are returning from out of County placements. Every child has a high level of support often including one to one support and bespoke timetables followingthematic learning experiences. A wide range of personalised learning in and out of the classroom is designed to engage the student, buildresilienceand provide the foundation for rapid academic progress. We work very closely with parents and carers and manyother support agencies to ensure that the child's education is paramount.
