**Software Operations Administrator**

**What is the role?**

A mostly reactive role that involves providing operation and administrative support to Westcoast Cloud partners. Attention to detail and organisational skills are key to the success of this role.

**If you join us, this is what your day to day will look like**:

- Place software orders accurately with a target of 99% accuracy. Orders will be for various software vendors including Microsoft, Adobe, Foxit and Avast
- Understanding various vendor software portals
- Set up contracts, and maintain and update internal records
- Chase outstanding customer orders
- Log licence change requests and similar administrative tasks
- Deal with customer order cancellations
- Complete backorder reports
- Liaising with Software Licensing Specialists and other internal departments to complete orders
- Keep knowledge up to date with all software agreement programs
- Reporting to Software Licensing and Operations Manager

**Is this the role for you?**

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience, and the desire to develop in other areas:

- Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- The ability to adapt during busy periods and prioritise where needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good grammatical and numerical skills
- Good organisational skills
- Motivated
- Good interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
