Our **Service & Admin Support** team are key to our business in delivering a great customer experience. You’ll support by carrying out key administration tasks, carrying out final signups for finance products, and helping us to deliver high levels of service for our customers. You will work with a team that are passionate, proud and determined to make a huge contribution to our business by having the desire to produce high quality service.

**The Role**

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour

**Contract type**:Permanent

**Location**: Ipswich

**Hours**:40 hours per week

**These hours will run 5 days over 7 on a rota. This will include the weekends as we are a 7 day retail business**
- Due to the nature of the role we will require you to have held a driving licence for more than a year_

**What will my Day to Day look like?**
- Works effectively with team members to ensure that all vehicles can be delivered on time
- Meets and greets all customers on site
- Organise and maintain all the necessary vehicle documentation, V5, tax, book packs etc
- Accurately check part exchange vehicles using the App
- Ensures customers are happy with their purchase and assists them on test drives
- Seeks opportunity to upsell Motorpoint products
- Shares best practice and assists in training other team members when needed
- Supports sales and service executives with completing Home deliveries as and when required
- Brief customers regarding their new vehicle and answers any questions as and when required
- Delivers exceptional customer service levels as measured by NPS
- Provides feedback to other teams to improve the customer journey
- Uses all IT systems effectively to ensure communication between teams
- Quality checks vehicles before they are delivered to the customer
- Ensures compliance with FCA and Health & Safety regulations

- Due to the nature of the role, you will need a full driving licence (Less than 6 points) and be able to drive and park.
