Barista/front of House

**We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and experienced Barista join our team at Sloane Square - London** **Who We Are?** Buns From Home is a lockdown success story, making homemade cinnamon buns first from home and now from our stores across London. **Your Main Duties**: As a Front of House Assistant, you are at the heart of our operation and we are looking for an individual who shares our energy and passion and will contribute to our ongoing success. You will be key to delivering that great experience every day. You will create an inviting and friendly environment for our customers whilst ensuring processes are followed to maximise efficiency. You will help to make our bakeries a great place to visit and a great place to work. As part of the most visible team in the business, you’ll help us build a great culture and set our standards for great service. **Shift patterns**: Our Bakeries open Early so typically all the FOH/Baristas will start early - It will vary between bakeries but typically around: 7:00 am. During the training period will be asked to do early shifts at various locations around London. **About you**: - You have a warm, outgoing and friendly personality. - Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - You are efficient, proactive and a great multitasker. - Have a great work ethic and have ability to work well under pressure. - Have some coffee experience (not essential). - You are a strong team player.
