The Orange is one of Cubitt House's most iconic neighbourhood pubs — a beautifully restored building full of character, craft and warmth. We are known for thoughtful service, elevated seasonal food, quality drinks and a genuine, welcoming atmosphere. As part of Cubitt House, we blend heritage hospitality with modern standards, focusing on great product, confident service and memorable guest experiences.

We are now looking for an experienced Bars Manager who will lead one of our most social, vibrant spaces with passion, standards and real personality.

What you'll be responsible for

As Bars Manager, you will be the driving force behind our bar operation — shaping the drinks experience, elevating service, and ensuring smooth daily performance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring the bar team to deliver exceptional hospitality

  • Curating and maintaining an exciting drinks offer — cocktails, spirits, premium wine & beer

  • Stock control, ordering, GP management and wastage monitoring

  • Ensuring the bar runs efficiently during busy services

  • Coaching and developing bartenders and junior leaders

  • Maintaining Cubitt House standards in service, cleanliness & compliance

  • Working closely with the GM & Head Chef to deliver a seamless guest journey

This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and understands both the craft and the business behind a successful London bar.
