Sales Assistant

We're currently seeking a reliable Sales assistant to join our team in Camden or Portobello. Fluent in either Spanish or Italian, you'll thrive in our fast-paced environment, engaging customers and driving sales. With at least 2 years of sales experience and a knack for learning quickly, you'll be instrumental in representing our brand confidently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage customers warmly, delivering exceptional service to drive sales, with a focus on persuading even hesitant customers to make purchases.
- Utilize your sales expertise and confidence to effectively promote Ameri Camden products, employing persuasive techniques to drive sales.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect streetwear pieces, offering compelling styling suggestions to encourage purchases.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store display to attract and retain customer interest.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate restocking needs to management to avoid stock shortages.
- Collaborate closely with the team to achieve store goals and targets, fostering a competitive and supportive sales environment.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and Ameri Camden products to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Take initiative to uphold store cleanliness and ensure smooth operations, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
- Handle cash and store operations with utmost trustworthiness, maintaining integrity and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Italian or Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Previous retail experience required, preferably in streetwear or fashion.
- Flexible availability to work 4-5 days a week, adapting to a varied schedule.
- Genuine interest in streetwear fashion and enthusiasm for our brand.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team.
- Confident and skilled in sales, with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Proactive attitude, quick on your feet to restock items and enhance customer experience.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to contributing to Ameri Camden's growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Up-to-date knowledge of American and UK streetwear fashion trends.
- Experience in visual merchandising and managing store displays.

Working Conditions:

- Based in our Camden High Street Store or Portobello (Notting Hill) branch, UK.
- Permanent full-time basis with flexible scheduling.
- Availability for 4-5 days per week, including weekends.
- Working hours from 10 AM - 7 PM.
