Office Angels Edinburgh are recruiting for a for busy Head Office to a multiple hospitality outlet company based in Edinburgh city centre the role is a permanent, Full time, office based Receptionist/Admin Assistant. The salary is £21-23,000, dependant onexperience and the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Key requirements of the role are:

- Possess an excellent telephone manner
- Organised and well presented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Proficient in MS Office

Duties include:

- Operating a busy switchboard
- Maintaining reception area to an excellent standard
- Organising Royal Mail daily collections
- Receiving and distribution of office deliveries
- Petty cash management
- Instructing office maintenance
- Raising Tenancy invoices and statements
