As a Technical Operator within our Operational Delivery team, you will collaborate closely with the Operational Planning team and other delivery staff to ensure the flawless delivery of every event on our client’s platforms. You'll leverage your keen eye for detail and expertise in state-of-the-art cloud infrastructures to achieve excellence.

**What you’ll be doing...**
- Execute daily tasks in accordance with department processes and procedures, ensuring accurate completion of check sheets when necessary.
- Follow technical procedures and processes to guarantee successful event delivery for clients.
- Provide support to clients, promptly responding to any issues and following established procedures.
- Utilize live production equipment for correct ingest and signal switching, adhering to prescribed processes for accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with 2nd line support teams to resolve system issues when required.
- Perform end-to-end monitoring of live streams at the user level, ensuring optimal quality for clients.
- Offer additional support to the customer service department as needed.
