Role Our vaccine sites in Whiston, Warrington, Ellesmere Port are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join their team as front of house support. We are searching for someone who can deliver the highest quality of service. You will support the siteco-ordinator in daily set up and close down of activities on site. You will be the first point of call for all patients, so you will be used to providing a high level of customer service. **Responsibilities**: - To enable the vaccination process to be seamless, ensure that the patients experience is pleasant and managed in a professional way at all times - Supporting and reassuring patients through the vaccination process - Meet and greet of patients into the Vaccination Clinic - Sensitively question the patient about COVID symptoms and well being before entering the site - Accurately and efficiently recording patient details on NHS systems - Providing information about the vaccination process and aftercare requirements - Safely managing the patient journey throughout the vaccination clinic - Supporting the Site Co-Ordinator in daily set up and close down activities - Supporting the Site Co-Ordinator in completion of administrative tasks - To uphold social distancing measures at all times - Remain vigilant at all times when on site - To adhere to all training and clinical standards provided at all times - Escalate immediately to the Site Co-ordinator if it becomes apparent that the site is not or is likely to become non-compliant with clinical standards or standard operating procedures What we will offer you: - Occupational sick pay.
