**Primary duties of this role include**:

- Selling platform maintenance and improvement
- Platform product marketing
- Statistical analysis
- Supporting with the creation of new products

**Desirable Skills / Experience**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with eBay, Amazon and Shopify (training can be provided)
- Strong literacy skills - able to write / adapt copy for different target audiences
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
- Organisational skills, able to manage a large variety of tasks and prioritise effectively
- Physically able to help unload deliveries of products up to 20kg in size
- Be able to provide information, quickly and clearly
- Use software tools to manage tasks (training will be provided)
- Assist with data collection and maintain operations related information on a daily basis
- We encourage innovation and process improvement through initiative
- Flexible and able to multitask, and aptitude in problem-solving
- Eye for detail & accuracy
- Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,500.00 per year
