**Service Advisor**

£26,000 Basic Salary DOE - £35,000 OTE/annum.

We are recruiting an experienced **Service Advisor **for a **Franchised** **Car Dealership **in the **Liverpool **area**.**

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS CAR DEALERSHIP SERVICE ADVISOR EXPERIENCE.

Ideally we are looking for an experienced automotive Service Advisor. Full training is available via our Performance Academy, with additional online and induction training.

**Role Description**:

- Have a passion for customer service, every day.
- Guide every customer through the Customer Journey.
- Communicate clearly with customers & colleagues.
- Adopt new digital systems and processes as part of our digitalisation strategy.
- Propose and sell-up the additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Quote & sell Service Plans to retain customers to the group.
- Encourage customer satisfaction feedback via exit briefing & follow-up contact.
- You will also be the go-to person when the customer wants us to:

- Estimate repair costs and times.
- Resolve any concerns when we suggest repairs.
- Inform and update them on progress or additional works needed.
- Prepare and explain invoices and take payments.
