**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage your time efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for sales.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach with the drive to achieve results in a competitive environment.
- Time management skills that enable you to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
