**JOB TITLE: Fee Earner**
**HOURS: Full Time - Hybrid**
**Salary: £22,000-£30,000**

**YOUR NEW COMPANY**:
Personal injury, clinical negligence, accident Leading specialist Law firm, based outside of Manchester city centre are looking to expand the RTA team. They have been established for over 15 years and are going from strength to strength.

**Experience needed...**:

- Familiar with liability argument, together with the various stages of the portal
- Uploading cases to MOJ or OIC portal
- Familiar with the evaluation of medical reports
- All aspects of claim handling
- Familiar with ProClaim Case Management System
- Litigated caseload experience
- Must be familiar with all stages of the MOJ portal including Exit point.
