A new opportunity has come up with a leading provider of insurance and legal services for an experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner in South Manchester.
The successful RTA Litigation Fee Earner will manage a caseload of fast-track RTA cases through all stages of the investigation and litigation process.
It is essential that you have 2 years' previous experience of managing your own caseload of fast-track RTA litigated claims. You will be an excellent litigator with strong drafting skills and the ability to negotiate appropriate settlements. This role requiresa solid working knowledge of the CPR, legislation and relevant case law.
The successful RTA Litigation Fee Earner will be responsible for a high-volume caseload of fast-track personal injury RTA claims, making use of the firm's case management systems and using the agreed internal procedures.
