We have a new requirement for Offshore Delivery Lead for a large independent Oil & Gas operator in Aberdeen. Long term contact / Agency Worker PAYE.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead, organize and control the offshore construction, commissioning and start-up activities related to project offshore works in such a manner that the key objectives for projects are being met regarding safety, environment, cost, schedule, work environment and quality.
- Responsible for the final hand-over to the customer and is thus responsible for the functionality (operability, maintainability and reliability) of the installed or modified facilities.

MAE/MATTE and HSE Critical Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe manner complying with all regulatory requirements, legislation and Harbour Energy HSEQ procedures.
- Participate in Workpack and execution reviews with both on and offshore teams
- Participate in PTW production and reviews
- Supervise all construction and commissioning activities and ensure safety is the priority
- Participate in design reviews, HAZID and HAZOP meetings.
- Ensure execution work scopes meet HSE readiness requirements
- Ensures activities follow applicable Project Management Standard, Engineering Management Standards & VOSG Venture Ownership and Stage

Key requirements:

- BSc within Engineering or Construction discipline.
- Less formal education may be compensated with documented relevant experience.
- Extensive prior proven relevant experience on onshore and offshore projects and operations.
- Senior Operations experience is highly desirable
- Track record of positive interface with operational leadership structures (OIM, MTL, etc)
- Experience in managing project and maintenance campaign activities is a prerequisite.
